What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are free if a room is available — just call us a day before.
How cold does it get in Ooty?
Between 5°C and 20°C through the year, and colder in December and January. Every room has a heater and extra quilts, and hot water runs 24 hours. Carry a jacket for the evenings.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, in six of our garden rooms. Please tell us at the time of booking so we can block the right room. There is a cleaning charge of ₹1,000 per stay.
Do you allow unmarried couples?
Yes. All guests above 18 with a valid government photo ID are welcome. Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID all work.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking for 40 cars inside the property, plus two EV charging points on a first-come basis.
Can you help with sightseeing and the toy train?
Our travel desk books Nilgiri Mountain Railway tickets, cabs and full-day sightseeing to Doddabetta, Pykara and Coonoor. Book at reception a day in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
